You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate the return process, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as soon as possible with instructions for how to proceed with your return. We will gladly provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us, however, please note that the original handling and delivery costs will not be refunded.

If your order is wrong due to a product defect or incorrect item received, we will refund your handling and delivery costs. 

Upon receiving your return, please allow up to four weeks for your refund to be processed. While we aim to expedite the process, this time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please be aware that our return policy excludes all final sale items. This includes Dresses, Holiday items, intimates, social occasion, vintage, and layaway purchases, which are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.
