Embrace the California coast in effortless style with the Marine Layer Merino Crewneck Sweater. Part of our new Coastal Merino collection, this sweater transforms heritage yarns with a modern, relaxed aesthetic.

Crafted from 100% extrafine merino wool, it's buttery soft and naturally breathable—perfect for layering all season long. The luxuriously smooth fibers are spun fine enough that you'll forget you're wearing wool at all. Richly dyed in coastal-inspired hues with subtle Donegal flecks for heritage character, this classic crewneck pairs effortlessly with denim, silky skirts, or oversized button-downs.

A full-length fit works solo on milder days or layered under jackets when temperatures drop.
