You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be charged a fee of $5.99 to ship the items back. To initiate the return process, please login to your account here and request the return there OR contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Please note that the original handling and delivery costs will not be refunded. Lastly, any international orders will not be eligible to be returned unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

If your order is wrong due to a product defect or incorrect item received, we will refund your handling and delivery costs. 

Upon receiving your return, please allow up to four weeks for your refund to be processed. While we aim to expedite the process, this time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
