Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's how our return process works:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be charged a fee of $5.99 to ship the items back. To initiate the return process, please login to your account here and request the return there (steps below)  OR contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Please note that the original handling and delivery costs will not be refunded.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

If your order is wrong due to a product defect or incorrect item received, we will refund your handling and delivery costs. 

Upon receiving your return, please allow up to four weeks for your refund to be processed. While we aim to expedite the process, this time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color we will provide a prepaid shipping label to send the original item back to us, however, you will be charged an additional handling and delivery fee for the new item. 

Please be aware that our return policy excludes all final sale items. This includes dresses, holiday items, intimates, social occasion, vintage, sales that specify that products are final sale items, and layaway purchases, which are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.
